Your new role…

This is a new role within the brand team as our business continues to expand. You will join a busy, award-winning marketing team and work with the Acquisition Comms Manager to support a wide range of business areas across Domestic, B2B and Energy Services.

 

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the Acquisition Comms Manager with ATL & BTL campaign development 
  • Support on ad hoc PR activity as required – photo calls, press releases
  • Execution of tactical acquisition campaigns – emails, direct mails
  • Managing and reporting on B2B acquisition email campaigns through Newsweaver
  • Managing print and production of marketing collateral and brand merchandise
  • Monitor and collate competitor advertising material
  • Working with external suppliers e.g. designers, printers, event staff, videographers
  • Content gathering for web and marketing collateral
  • Liaise with digital and customer value management teams as required
  • Supporting marketing team with daily administrative tasks and reporting
  • Managing marketing POs and invoices
  • Managing brand and sponsorship activations at key events – eg Ideal Homes
  • Support to Sponsorship Exec where required

Essential Criteria:

  • Marketing or Business degree
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Proven experience in multi-tasking within a busy marketing team
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise tasks
  • Experience of managing 3rd party agencies i.e. printers / designers
  • Strong written communication skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in the Telcos / Utilities / Banking industry
  • Practical knowledge of event co-ordination / management
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with financial systems – SAP / Oracle or equivalent
  • Experience in email campaign software – Newsweaver or equivalent
