We are looking for customer service experts to join the team and help us with delivering ‘best in class’ service to our customers and our field sales managers every day, while enjoying all the rewards and benefits that come with working for one of Ireland’s Top 50 businesses.

 

You will manage a wide range of queries from business customers and support our sales team, working in our modern offices in South Belfast.

About you

Working for one of Ireland’s Top 50 Businesses as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driven by seeing results and able to make decisions for the benefit of our customer every day. You’ll be joining an award winning team, managing a wide range of customer enquiries, through telephone, email, post and social media. 

You will have the opportunity to join a leading organisation and provide support to Business customers and internal sales teams in a professional office environment.

Best of all, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends!

 

Main Duties:

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries from customers and follow up on same.
  • Outbound customer sales calls to specific customer groups.
  • Build relationships with customers including managing queries about rates, charges and invoices.
  • Renewal creation using Sales Force system with a focus on retention of existing customers.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Six months inbound call centre experience
  • Proven inbound/outbound sales experience with a track record of delivering KPIs
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Experience of managing queries with business customers
  • Experience of building rapport with internal and external customers
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, email, and Verbal communication skills.
