This is an amazing opportunity for career driven graduates who want to develop within an ambitious, fast growing organisation. There is an intensive training programme in place that will help you to learn directly from energy industry experts.

Graduates will have a comprehensive and exciting induction to our business and over the course of your programme, you will complete a number of challenging rotations in a number of the following areas; Renewable Developments, Renewables O&M, Huntstown Powerstation, Bioenergy Plant.

While working your way through the job rotations you’ll experience our anaerobic digestion plant, build an understanding of renewables from the development, construction and operations of multiple turbines and the data analytics we gain from them. You’ll gain insights into how the energy industry works, the challenges we face and the actions we need to take to overcome them.

Over the two years you will also be supported with an individual development programme and assigned a mentor to develop your skills, evolve your knowledge, and help you take your first steps towards becoming a future leader within our business.

In addition there are opportunities to build your professional skills, from presenting to influencing, project management to negotiations, creativity and innovation, through a modular training programme delivered by Development Professionals.
