Purpose of the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Specialists who will work as part of our Sales and Retention team. Reporting to the Field Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for the acquisition of high value commercial and domestic customers.


You will be the face of Power NI and will be dealing with business and homeowners every day, helping to ensure they are on the best tariffs/products to suit their needs.


Main Duties:

  • Acquire new customers via door to door sales
  • Promote and sell our range of products and services
  • Schedule and attend customer appointments
  • Sales administration and support
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, whilst adhering to sales compliance and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and act as an ambassador for the company in all that you do.

Essential Criteria:

  • Direct Sales Experience (telephone sales or face to face)
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Valid Driving Licence and access to own vehicle


Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous Field Sales experience
  • Background in NI Domestic Energy Market
