Graduates will have a comprehensive and exciting induction to our business and over the course of your programme, you will complete a number of challenging rotations to build an understanding of Finance in Energia Group.

While working your way through the job rotations you’ll build an understanding of the wider organisation and of how the energy industry works, the challenges we face and the actions we need to take to overcome them. Wherever you go, you can expect real work from the word go 

Our Graduate programme is designed to give you real responsibility from day one, enabling you to add value and make a real difference. Over the two years you will also be supported with an individual development programme and assigned a mentor to develop your skills, evolve your knowledge, and help you take your first steps towards becoming a future leader within our business.

In addition there are opportunities to build your professional skills, from presenting to influencing, project management to negotiations, creativity and innovation, through a modular training programme delivered by Development Professionals.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2:1 Degree in a discipline with a high level of financial or numerical content
  • Committed to undertake study towards obtaining the chartered accountancy qualification (ACA)
  • An understanding of key financial concepts, processes and controls
  • Flexible and enthusiastic team player
  • Creative in your approach to problem solving
  • Eager to learn and develop your skills
