Energia group has made a significant investment in its talent pipeline and acknowledges that people drive business growth. Our High Potential Programmes evidence a high level of commitment in developing our leaders.   Energia group have recognised it needs the best people in place to achieve significant growth.

So, it is with great pride that we announce that we’ve won the award title for Best Talent Management Initiative for two of our Senior Level Professional Development Courses; Aspire and Leap.

This CIPD award recognises innovative talent management and the delivery of development opportunities that have an impact on and strengthen the organisation.

Our course initiatives at the centre of this achievement, Leap and Aspire, included participants from different areas of the business who have all made significant contributions to the growth and success of Energia Group. We asked a few participants what they gained from the courses.

“With inspirational speakers and powerful personal insights, tailored for the participants’ development, Leap was a superb programme which has benefited all those who took part.”

Jenny Livingstone, Head of Innovation, Energia Group

“The Aspire programme was an enjoyable mix of classroom and interactive learning, delivered by our training partner, company directors and guest speakers. Throughout the year-long course, we got to meet, learn from and build relationships with other managers from across the Energia Group. There was also a mentoring element, which paired each of us with a company director. The programme provided a great foundation for future development and progression within the company and demonstrated the company’s willingness to invest in its people.”

Glen Bailey, CVM Manager, Energia Customer Solutions

“I found the leap programme extremely beneficial for my career development – practical advice from quality speakers, mentors and coaches. Excellent programme, very well run.”
