We understand the critical role that our customers can play in the decarbonisation of the energy system and believe that empowering our customers through the delivery of innovative and effective solutions is key and consistent with our vision for the role of a modern utility.

We are committed to helping all customers in their energy transition, from large corporates to the most vulnerable in our society. In aligning our activities to the UN SDGs, we are supporting the objectives of SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy through the provision of a range of innovative energy efficiency products and services (Target 7.3), providing solutions to all of our customers (Target 7.1) and investing significantly in renewable electricity and electrification solutions (Target 7.2).

Energia Group activities also support SDG 9: Industry Innovation and Infrastructure by investing in renewable energy infrastructure and providing services that help industries enhance their energy and resource efficiency (Target 9.4). Through continuous engagement and communication, we also contribute to SDG 13: Climate Action by raising awareness and promoting adaptation and mitigation strategies in response to climate change (Target 13.3).
